1. What is Cherut Clinic of Care?

Cherut Clinic of Care is a virtual-first, hybrid wellness clinic offering health education, prevention services, chronic care support, remote patient monitoring (RPM), wellness coaching, and care navigation.
We operate across the United States and internationally, in partnership with licensed healthcare providers. Medical services (diagnosis, treatment, prescribing) are provided only in jurisdictions where we have licensed partners, in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Health Education and Wellness Coaching
  • Chronic Care Management (CCM)
  • Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
  • Preventive Health and Lifestyle Support
  • Care Coordination and Navigation
  • Community Support Groups and Wellness Programs
  • Telehealth Medical Consultations (through licensed partners where permitted)
  • Referrals and Provider-to-Provider Consultations

3. Where do you operate?

We serve patients across the United States and internationally.
Licensed clinical services are provided in U.S. states and international locations where we have licensed healthcare partners.
Non-clinical services (education, wellness, care navigation) are provided globally.

4. How do I know if I can receive clinical services?

During the intake process, we will confirm your physical location and determine whether licensed clinical services are available in that location through our partners.
If not, you will still receive non-clinical services and assistance coordinating care locally.

5. Do you provide emergency services?

No. Cherut Clinic of Care is not an emergency care provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or contact local emergency services.

Insurance, Payment, and Access to Care

6. Who can receive services at Cherut Clinic of Care?

 Cherut Clinic of Care serves:

  • Members of the Nation of Cherut
  • Residents of U.S. states and international locations where we operate
  • Non-citizen patients, subject to eligibility and financial policy

7. What is your payment and access to care policy?

Members of the Nation of Cherut:

  • With insurance: We bill insurance for covered services
  • Without insurance and no income: Eligible for free care for certain services
  • With income but no insurance: Sliding fee scale based on income

Non-citizen patients:

  • With insurance: Insurance is billed
  • Without insurance: Proof of income required; sliding fee scale applies
  • If no proof of income: Case-by-case review; grant-funded services may be available

8. What insurances do you accept?

We accept Medicare, Medicaid (where licensed partners participate), and commercial insurance plans where contracted with our partners. Please contact us to verify your specific insurance coverage.

9. How is the sliding fee scale determined?

The sliding fee scale is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines, household income, and family size. Proof of income will be requested during intake. No one will be denied access to essential education or prevention services due to inability to pay.

10. What if I am uninsured and have no income?

Members of the Nation of Cherut may be eligible to receive free services.
Non-members without income will be connected to grant-funded services if available and referred to additional resources for care.
